iPhone Firmware Upgrade Soon To Come?!

I got my iPhone a few days after it was released and though i'm overall pleased with the phone, it is missing some common sense things that most phones out today have no matter what the price range.  One good thing about the iPhone is that there are bound to be firmware updates to correct some of these issues that we are having or features that we are missing.  I came across a possible list of things to come with first iPhone firmware upgrade and it definitely looks promising.
