FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage Trailer

Looks like the fellas over at Gametrailers have gotten their hands on the new trailer for FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage.  This is a sequel to the destruction derby / racing game on the original Xbox.  This game looks quite promising, especially if they are able to improve on the previous installment.  This game will set the standard for destruction racing games since it will be released before its competitor, Burnout 3.  What do you guys think of the trailer?
